Calibra ("we," "us," or "our") is a personal performance tracking app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
We collect the following categories of information when you use Calibra:
We do not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts, camera, or any sensitive personal information.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
Calibra uses an AI co-pilot feature powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you open the co-pilot, a summary of your nodes, scores, and profile preferences is sent to Anthropic's servers to generate a personalized briefing. This data is used solely to produce the response and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
We do not send your raw task content or evidence notes to the AI — only high-level node names, scores, and profile settings.
Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Supabase, Inc., a cloud database platform. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Supabase's infrastructure is hosted on AWS. For more information, see Supabase's privacy policy.
If you use Calibra without creating an account, your data is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Calibra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
