Calibra support

A little help,
when you need it.

Getting started

What are Areas, Focuses and Actions?

An Area is a part of life that matters to you, such as Mind, Work or Connection. A Focus is something within that Area you want to pay attention to. An Action is an optional step you choose to take. Start with one Area and one Focus; you can build from there.

How does early access work?

Apply on the Calibra website. Jeff will review applications and contact people as places become available. The first group will use iPhone and Apple’s TestFlight app. We’ll confirm access details before you join. Applying doesn’t create an app account or start a subscription.

Do I need to check in every day?

No. Return when a check-in would help you notice how things feel. You can reflect without adding an action, keep something steady, or change what you’re paying attention to. There’s no streak to protect.

Where do I get the latest test build?

Open TestFlight, find Calibra, and choose Update if it’s available. If your invitation or build has expired, email us. Please include the version you see in TestFlight.

I’m having trouble signing in.

Check that you’re using the same email address you used to create your Calibra account. Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen if needed, and check your spam folder for the email. If it still doesn’t work, contact us with the error message. Please keep your password and reset link private.

Subscriptions

Where can I see pricing and access details?

The plan screen in the app shows the options available to you. Confirm the price, renewal terms and any trial in Apple’s purchase confirmation before agreeing. Founding-group access details will be confirmed in your invitation.

How do I restore a purchase?

Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. In Calibra, open Account & settings, open the plan screen and choose Restore purchases. If access is still missing, email us with the purchase date and the message you see. You don’t need to send payment-card details.

How do I cancel an Apple subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Calibra, then choose Cancel Subscription if shown. Deleting Calibra or deleting your Calibra account does not cancel an Apple subscription. See Apple’s cancellation instructions for current steps and help finding a subscription.

How do refunds work?

Apple handles refund requests for purchases billed through the App Store. Follow Apple’s refund instructions. Eligibility and approval are determined by Apple.

Your data and your choices

Do I have to use AI Insights?

No. You can turn AI insights off in Account & settings → Insights & privacy. Check-ins, actions and factual readouts remain useful without AI. Saved journal notes are excluded from AI Insights unless you enable permission for that note. Remembering a perspective is also an explicit choice. See the Privacy Policy for details and the limits of these controls.

Can I export my information?

Export device data in Account & settings → Insights & privacy exports content currently available on that device. This can include private drafts and recovery copies. It is not a complete account export: cloud-only journal entries and saved perspectives are not included. For an account-wide request, contact privacy@usecalibra.com.

How do I delete my account?

Open Account & settings → Your account → Delete account, and read the confirmation before proceeding. Account deletion is permanent. If you have an Apple subscription, cancel it separately in Apple’s subscription settings. For help with deletion or an early-access application, email privacy@usecalibra.com.

What if changes aren’t syncing?

Keep the app installed while we help so device-only changes remain available. Check your connection and any pending-change or conflict message in the app. Email us with the message, approximate time and app version. You can describe the issue without sharing your journal or private entries.

Tell us what you noticed

What were you trying to do? What happened, and what did you expect? Those three details help us understand a problem quickly.

For feedback, we’d also love to hear: Did Calibra help you see something more clearly? What felt like extra work?
